MAYO MASALA FRENCH FRIES
In order to make crispy Mayo Masala French Fries, thinly cut potatoes are combined with corn starch, spices and other seasonings.
Masala French fries are served hot, either soft or crispy, and are typically consumed as part of a meal or as a snack, and they may be found on the menus of evening fast food restaurants, pubs, and bars. They are frequently salted and, depending on the nation, may be eaten with ketchup, mayonnaise, vinegar, or other regional delicacies.
Masala is an Indian spice blend. Typically, it is a spicy spice blend. Masala Fries are deep-fried french fries seasoned with a spicy and sour flavor that are often served from food carts on Pakistani and Indian streets.
The combination of those crisp, sizzling hot fries and the chatpatta (spicy and sour) sauce was pure bliss. For me, no fries can ever beat that homey sensation. They are usually on point. They are double-fried in my recipe for maximum crunch and seasoned with salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, and dried mango powder.
Dip these tasty handmade masala chips in ketchup or mayonnaise! Alternatively, serve them alongside a delicious Ultimate Cheeseburger or Spicy Fish Nuggets. They’d also go great with some Masala Chai for a mid-afternoon snack.
