KIWI MOJITO
These refreshing kiwi mojito cocktails are made with ripe kiwis, lime juice, mint leaves, sugar or simple syrup, sparkling water, rum, and ice.
By leaving out the rum, these kiwi mojitos can also be made into a mocktail or non-alcoholic beverage. I’ve discovered that not everyone wants the same amount of alcohol in their cocktail when it comes to parties or summer get-togethers. Therefore, I occasionally make a pitcher of mojitos without any rum. Then, my visitors can contribute as much they’d like (or not, in the case of non-drinkers).
The Quick Kiwi mocktail is a tasty alcohol-free beverage that is loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants. It makes a fantastic mocktail for youngsters as well.
I adore how the lime and mint give this alcohol-free beverage an extra kick. If you love mint as much as I do, you can add a little extra.
This mocktail is not only simple to make, but it also makes a wonderful, nutritious substitute for alcohol. It’s a special drink to create for someone who can’t or doesn’t want to drink if you have guests over.
Enjoy this simple Kiwi mocktail, I hope! as much as I delighted in producing it.
